Facebook campaign


Fiery local Mexican taste sensation, Bandito’s, were ready to go social and to expand overall brand awareness country wide using digital channels.

Create a powerful, brand inspired campaign that would establish Bandito’s presence in social media and the online environment, simultaneously educating consumers about the full Mexican product offering and image.


Grow interest, sharing and brand esteem and awareness, whilst increasing product exposure through hampers.


Create a fun, photo-based Facebook app getting fans’ photos all Mex’d Up with Bandito’s brand items. The Facebook app design revolved around the use of three Mexican design elements: sombreros, wrestling masks and good old Mexican moustaches, all with fiery hipster flare. Each element related to the three core Bandito’s sauce flavours: Guadala Gunpowder, Jalapeño or Habanero.


The Technology

Our application developers transformed the designs into a slick user experience. Fans uploaded selfies and then the fun began, adding the sombreros, masks and mos. The Mexed-Up images where then posted directly to Bandito’s Facebook Gallery for the world to see, along with viral sharing mechanisms.
