Brief

Vulpro, a non-profit organisation that takes care of our fine feathered friends needed funding for daily running, vet care and of course bones … loads of bones. With a minimal budget available, they needed to raise awareness with simple yet entertaining executions.

INSIGHT/CHALLENGE

Vultures, they’re not the most attractive bunch … but just like all endangered species, they need all the love they can get.

STRATEGY

Vultures are love birds of sorts, often pairing for life, but when so many are killed or injured through human intervention, well … there are bound to be some singles out there. So, we decided to play matchmaker … in pairing Vultures up with caring people who were eager to donate and make a difference. Introducing “Pair if you care”.

EXECUTION

How our idea took flight: Our “Pair if you care” campaign launched over the Valentine’s period where we teased with a little love over social media. The fully-fledged social campaign then took off, which included vulture dating profile videos, quotes that would ruffle some feathers and of course why the viewer should save our birds.
