This role is for a versatile and innovative multimedia creatorwho has a passion for creating visually compelling and interactive digital content that stands out. You will be responsible for designing social media graphics, video assets, animations, interactive visuals, and branding elements that align with our clients’ marketing strategies.

You will work closely with copywriters, strategists, and social media managers to ensure content is both aesthetically engaging and strategically effective.

Your goal: Produce high-quality, eye-catching content that captivates audiences and enhances brand presence.

This is a remote position, but collaboration is key, and occasional in-person client meetings or team sessions may be required.

Now for the details:

You should have a great command of best practices in campaigns, branding, social media, content creation, love being creative and strategic, and understand how to both build and convert a digital audience through ideas and content that communicates the brand/product message.

You are required to have brilliant verbal and written communication skills, conceptual skills, digital knowledge, digital marketing knowledge and the ability to work with cross functional teams.

Your responsibilities include:

Content & Visual Design

Create high-quality static, animated, and interactive content for social media, websites, and digital campaigns.

Develop scroll-stopping visual assets such as carousels, infographics, and social media posts.

Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across platforms.

Video & Motion Graphics

Edit and produce short-form and long-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, and other platforms.

Design motion graphics, animated titles, and transitions to enhance content storytelling.

Collaborate with videographers and content creators to bring brand stories to life through video.

Interactive & Multimedia Content

Develop engaging interactive visuals, GIFs, AR filters, and other digital experiences.

Design presentation decks, website visuals, and other digital assets to support marketing campaigns.

Collaboration & Brand Development

Work closely with the social media and strategy teams to develop creative concepts and campaign assets.

Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s visual identity, tone, and messaging.

Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative and innovative digital ideas.

Performance & Optimisation

Keep up with digital and social trends to create content that resonates with modern audiences.

Continuously refine content based on data insights, engagement metrics, and A/B testing results.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in multimedia design, motion graphics, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign, etc.).
  • Strong skills in video editing, motion design, and interactive content creation.
  • Knowledge of Canva,Capcut, Figma, or other design and content creation tools.
  • Understanding of social media formats, platform guidelines, and best practices.
  • Ability to conceptualise and execute content ideas that align with marketing objectives.
  • Experience in branding, layout design, and typography principles.
  • Familiarity with basic animation principles and ability to create motion content.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
