Job Overview

We are searching for a highly skilled Digital Account Manager.

Your primary objective will be to maintain and build relationships with our clients and assist them in driving their projects to success. You will be required to provide them with solutions that drive ROI across digital campaigns. You’ll be responsible for client retention, driving and implementing initiatives to increase brand presence and improve product/brand adoption.

We are looking for candidates that have a minimum of 3 years agency experience and proven results. We require candidates to have a brilliant skill in project management, digital marketing, social media campaigns, management of website projects and brand awareness campaigns.

This position requires a person that is agile and is able to wear multiple hats within the digital realm. We are looking for a person that identifies opportunity and acts on it, always keeping the clients best interests at heart.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising or PR
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Account Management (Brand, digital, production, creative, Marketing)
  • Proven track record of campaigns managed in in digital
  • Proven experience building campaign strategies from scratch
  • Trend analysis skills
  • Excellent Excel/Sheets/Google Suite Skills
  • Brilliant knowledge with Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads and other Platforms.
  • Great knowledge of industry tools to improve results and work flow
  • Solutions based reporting
  • Worked with Cloud-based project management software or similar.
  • Partners with clients for strategic and executional needs
  • Collaborates with small and large teams to deliver each project.
  • Reviews, analyzes and evaluates the following, relative to the client’s needs and objectives: media output, creative output, research reports and client data.
  • Provide client platform / business updates on a regular basis to demonstrate upcoming opportunities and threats to their business
  • Defining project scope, estimate and writing proposals, works with producer in the creation of project specifications and time plans.
  • Demonstrates the ability to interpret, prioritize and incorporate additional and/or shifting information into existing strategies, projects and plans
  • Provides leadership within the agency on behalf of the client and prepares all client briefs.
  • Monitors all budget, research and production activity on assigned accounts and communicates status of each project to appropriate agency and client personnel in order to meet project deadlines.
  • Maintains communications with appropriate agency and client personnel to ensure positive workflow. Escalating exceptions and client issues to Director level as required.
  • Educating clients and managing their needs and expectations.
  • Keeping project status reports up to date
  • Assists the producer in monitoring and enforcing project constraints (schedule / scope / resources)
